"Never showed up in the time window given, and never even called to notify me. Had to call to find out what happened, and was given a new time of 2pm. No one showed up until close to 3. He hangs up on you if you call, and charges a fortune. He wanted to charge me nearly $400 for a $30 fix. DO NOT use this company. This has to be one of the most frustrating experiences ever."
"Very disappointed with the service. The technician came out to fix my dishwasher and has given me a runaround for three months saying he'll come back with the right part to fix it. Paid my $120.00 deposit and have nothing to show for it except month's of text messages promising to come out. But always a no show."

"I just feel the need to express my feeling of being taken advantage of. Repair technician showed up on time and performed the repair but I was grossly overcharged. Charged $119.95 for fee on top of $267.00 for new bearings pars and repair to stop the noise. Was told the part cost $189.00. Maybe if it needed a motor but only bearings replaced. Total cost $386.95! I was stunned but I did let him proceed to take care of the problem. Shame on me. Another lesson learned."
