"BUYER BEWARE!!!! Sorry in advance….. this is going to be long but it DEFINITELY needs to be said! This system was put in about 2 months ago. It was done by the seller before we moved in. FIRST of all, when they jackhammered the basement it broke two windows in the bedroom. They definitely weren’t there before because I looked out every single window when we looked at it, and then just a day or two before they did the work the seller let me in to take measurements for appliances, and the windows. The seller first noticed the windows and told us they were going to be taken care of but haven’t heard anything yet! Had to call on that also today and surprise surprise they have no notes of it! I called last week and spoke to a Jessica whom I spoke to once before. She said if I didn’t hear anything to call back Monday. It’s Wednesday and had to call back. This time I want to speak to the regional manager! Then, there were issues with the install. There was a leak coming from the clean out. It was close to where they jackhammered so it had broke away some of the concrete around it. Also, the drain going to the backyard wasn’t installed correctly. It wasn’t level and there wasn’t any gravel put in like there is supposed to be. And the sump pump alarm was malfunctioning because the pump wasn’t installed correctly! I called NUMEROUS times to finally get someone out. A supervisor, Quinton, and worker came out. I also addressed the horizontal cracks which I knew were foundational. We had also asked the seller to fix but refused because the person who came to survey never said anything about it. I asked Quinton about it and he said he couldn’t believe it wasn’t talked about because the cracks are very large and that’s something they would always suggest to fix. He looked back in the notes and it in fact wasn’t talked about. We still decided to take the house because everything else was great. It just sounds very odd and honestly suspicious that it was never talked about or suggested and now has to come out of our pockets! The service tech fixed the sump pump that day. Quinton told me he would have a team come out and fix the other two issues……never heard from him again! Had to call back two weeks later….again! Each time having to get management involved to get something done which is RIDICULOUS! Then they sent, Derek out. He is WONDERFUL! He fixed one of the issues better than I expected. He was very professional and wanted to get it done right……but he had to come back so I watched him put it in the notes to have them schedule it. The day came around and he wasn’t here. Once again I had to call to get a manager involved. I’m certain it’s not Derek’s fault. He couldn’t apologize enough which he’s the ONLY one who has. Whoever does the scheduling seems incompetent! Same issue happened the first time as well! I figured since this was such a large company, things ran smoothly but it does NOT! I would NEVER use these ppl for anything ever again! And I’m also reporting to the BBB!"
