"Geek squad fixed my modem. I called several times for the next five days to see if it was fixed yet. Geek squad claimed they called to advise it was fixed on April 1. There was no record on my phone that they called or left a message. They fixed it but would have been nice if they had called. Funny that when I called, the automated response from Geek was that they were still working on getting it assigned to a tech for repair. Not acceptable."
