"I hired Rooter MD Plumbing to install a Moen Flo automatic shutoff valve. They did a great job and explained all the features. They didn't leave until they knew it was working. Would definitely hire again."
"Awful service from plumber as well as manager that reviewed the issue Had a drain that was not flowing . Plumber Refused to go thru crawl space where the clean out was, refused to get to source of clog in the basement. Cause he was alone and did not have help carrying his equipment , Instead removed a toilet to unclog the drain and overcharge for the service.($425) And in doing so blocked the kitchen and bathroom faucet. Claimed it was not their fault and did not correct the issue. Spoke to a manager, asked for them to correct the issue, was wished good luck by the manger and said they could have someone out in a week or two, but right now they were busy and would have to evaluate another charge for the fix. Needless to say, we did not use them and was able to rectify the issue by going into the crawl space and cleaning out the access point with a tool rented at Home Depot in less then 30 minutes. ($30 rental) Save yourself time money and frustration and stay away from these guys Plumbers name was John Manager name started with an L Call attendant is Aya"
"I have had Rooter MD Come out to my home twice. They have been excellent! They get me in ASAP, and I get explanations for everything they are doing to my home. John is amazing and has been out both times! He breaks things down in easy to understand lingo, and he took the time to show me the features of my garbage disposal. He also talked me through questions I had unrelated to the job. Would highly recommend!!"
