"Had a work order from Frigidaire scheduled to fix broken pieces of refrigerator and had a set appointment and time. This business called me next day and cancelled my appt and work order and gave me another number to call which was the main line for the manufacturer that I had already spoke too. They told me they weren’t going to get paid for this job. After this call an email survey was sent and the link has an error so no feedback could be provided. Frustrated to be caught in a loop between company and manufacturer when a resolution was already on the table."
