"I've had a couple experiences with Dean's Mechanical, first was issues with my furnace that they helped me with over the phone. They returned my calls promptly. When my furnace eventually went out they came they were honest with me and actually cared what I was going through with just moving into the house and having to replace it. They were super friendly each time they came out. Very prompt and on time when they said they'd call or come out they followed through. They replaced the furnace in no time and even followed up a week or so later to check on how it was doing. I will always use them in the future and I will always recommend to anyone that needs help."

"Ist time I used them they came and upgraded my Broken Thermostat same day. Yesterday came Home -no Furnace Operation. Called and talked to Theresa she sent Tech same day. Kevin the Tech said Furnace Control Board -I approved repair. He came back today and replaced it today-works great. I truly appreciate Kevin and the rest of the staff getting my Heat back."
