"Back in November my father paid him 300 dollars for snow removal for the season. He has never showed up one time. No returned emails and his his phone is shut off. I live here now because my father is not well and this guy just took an 80 year old mans 300 dollars and so far it appears he is not gonna make it right . Its also public record that he utilized the cares act back in june for 6 figure payroll loan which hopefully he used appropriately. I am not trying to ruin his reputation if there is indeed special circumstances but 300 dollars is alot of money to pay some one to do absolutely nothing not even type one email or make one phone call"

"We hired Marie Maintenance for snow removal this past winter. The job was done well each time (driveway and walkways clear of snow). We chose the plan where you pay a lump sum upfront and get a refund at the end of the season if it's under a certain number of pushes. We are owed a refund and I have been trying to reach them for over a month but no response to calls, emails, or texts. I understand with the pandemic, they're busy, possibly have reduced staff, or worse, have COVID but ignoring me for over a month is not acceptable. I would have given them a higher rating because they did do a good job, but due to the lack of response, am only giving them two stars."

"If I could give no star for a rating I could. I found Marie Maintenance on Green Pal and hired them at a rate of $33 per cut, which was close to what my original lawn service price of $28 per cut were charging but unfortunately the owner contracted the covid-19 virus. The 1st cut that Marie maintenance provided was the 1st cut of the year, and the grass was a little high and plush as I had gotten it professionally fertilized. I noticed the next day after the cut there was a substantial amount of grass clippings left on the front lawn, the edge lines, and the edge up itself was not that sharp. I brought it to the supervisor’s (Chris Conley) attention and he informed me that he will have his crew do a better job the next time. He also recommended that I get a once a week service instead of bi-weekly as well. I then got an email on May 10, 2000 stating Marie Maintenance had canceled my appointment and all future appointments. So I thought well maybe he didn’t like my initial complaint; but no biggie I’ll just find someone else. Yesterday May 13, 2020 I get off work and I see my grass has been cut, but it is 10x worst then the 1st cut. There is grass clipping all over my front lawn, in the edge up, and the edge up was very poorly done. I reviewed my surveillance tape and I can see where the crew basically gave me a rush cut. I was beyond livid, because I had received an email that stated they had canceled my service with them, (so why are you here), and because I brought this issue to the supervisor after the 1st cut which he said he would take care of, only for the issue to be 10x worst the 2nd time. I called the supervisor and I went off!! I sent the supervisor Chris Conley copies of the pictures and links to the video surveillance of the work being done. His excuse was that his crew should have reached out to the customer because to clean/bag the clipped grass was extra (now he never said this when I brought it up the 1st time) and he also brought up that I should get a weekly cut instead of biweekly. So let, me get this straight I hire a lawn service company and they only cut my grass, and I have to get it up?? Where in the entire hell do they do that at?? The bottom line is they rushed the cut maybe because he has too many customers, if that’s the case have some integrity to say I can’t take any more customers at this time instead of offering piss poor service and taking my money. When asked if he could make this right and send a crew back up to clean up this mess, he informed me that he wouldn’t charge me and that I would have to find another company to clean up the mess. Mind you, that leaving this clipped grass on my lawn can result in damage to the lawn itself, which Chris admitted in his text message to me. Potential customers you have been warned!!!"

"Chris and his team at Marie Maintenance have performed many tasks ranging from moving our furniture, to installing our dishwasher as well as other electric, plumbing, and landscaping needs. Every time, they are responsive, punctual, professional, reasonable and truly take pride in their work. I can't say enough good things about this company. They are definitely our "go to" for any household or landscaping needs that we have! I would give them 10 stars if I could!"

"This company was extremely professional and friendly. I had to move into my new condo and required two different stops that included a storage unit. The gentlemen wrapped my furniture and moved everything so quickly and efficiently. They even assembled furniture I ordered! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone."
