"We had a mishap and visited here for an estimate. Felt it was more than fair and scheduled the repair. Fortunately, parts were readily available, and it was in a few days later. We thought it might take a week, and it was just a few days. The work was perfect. Paint matching was perfect. Work was completed quickly, and we were kept up to date on the status. "If I could give this shop 0 stars, I would. I selected this particular collision center based on the positive reviews, I wrongly assumed that this was a top notch facility. When I dropped my vehicle off, I was informed that the repairs would take "up to 3 weeks." The reality is that it wasn't completed for nearly 8 weeks. With the exception of two times, there was zero communication from them. When I sought answers about the completion, I was treated rudely with excuses or told that they would return my call. It is important to note that everytime I spoke with them, regardless of whom initiated communication, they stated that my vehicle was "just now getting started." This statement continued well into the Thursday of the 6th week after I dropped my vehicle off. This facility is located near my home and I pass it often every day. The same day during the 6th call, I drove past on my daily drive to work and noticed that my car was still in their back lot, in the same spot that it had been since the day I dropped it off. My vehicle stayed in this spot until the Tuesday of the 7th week. Between the Thursday conversation and Tuesday, my calls were dodged and inquiries went unanswered. I finally received the call that my car was finished. However, even Stevie Wonder could see that this was just another lie that they were spinning. The clear coat had obvious orange peel in it. I immediately told the worker that I was not satisfied with this. I pointed this out to him and he said, "you are full of $hit" then tried to convince me that new cars look like that from the factory. He had zero argument when I showed him the "factory" paint job on the other side compared to their paint job. To his credit, he did attempt to repair this defect terribly since the orange peeling is still noticeable, just less noticeable. I suspect that my car was driven by personnel at some point because my gas gauge showed less gas than when I had dropped it off. Also, at one point, out of frustration, I walked back to retrieve my vehicle after hours and noticed that the shade to my sunroof was open and the sunroof itself was opened a few inches. I decided to leave it since the roof was open incase any damage was done. I mentioned to the worker that my headliner had water damage and they attempted to gaslight me, despite my photographic evidence to the contrary. In short, the owners/operators of this facility are rude liars and thieves. I wish that I would have done my due diligence and researched them more because I would have seen the 2.5 rating on Yelp and would have passed them by. Attached is the evidence that my sunroof was left open. Before I hear comments that the sunroof was broken or part of the repairs, this shows the lack of care that they show for their customer's vehicles since they took zero precautions to protect the interior of my vehicle. Save yourself the huge headache and pick another repair shop, unless you want to walk away less than satisfied. EDITED FOR RESPONSE: 1. If my insurance was to blame for the delay in repairing my vehicle, why wasn't this conveyed to me when I had inquired about the completion? Only one time during the first week was insurance approval mentioned. I will not fault you for any delays with the insurance. However, I will fault your lack of communicating this to me so that I could make the necessary calls to my insurance agent. 2. I will admit that I was negligent with photographing my own milage to properly document it when I left the vehicle in your care. However, I always verify that the shade on my sunroof is fully closed. This ensures that my sunroof is absolutely closed. There is water damage to my headliner. And you have not properly addressed this issue. I will therefore be discussing this further with my insurance. 3. As far as your plethera of 5-star reviews on Google, I encourage you, as well as your potential customers, to read the reviews on Yelp. Your Yelp rating is 2.5 stars. 4. I will address my quality concerns with my insurance as I don't trust you with my go-cart."
