"I didn't get a reply from a post to their website and didn't get a call back from a voicemail left but once I finally spoke to someone and got the work lined up to get a new drain field put in, I was happy with the work. They were fair and stood behind their work as well as getting it done in a timely manner."
"Horrible customer service! I requested them to pump our septic tank, so we could close on our house. Unfortunately, they did not call me to let me know that the riser lid was broken when they were pumping the tank. When I called them afterwards, Lisa quoted me $50 to fix it, and I scheduled another appointment. She called back later and increased the price of her estimate, and then hung up on me when I refused. She then left another voicemail where she increased the price a third time to $150, saying that she could not possibly do it for less. I found another company in town to replace the lid for $40."
