"Amazing customer service. The person who helped us was very pleasant and let us call for updates on the time frame for replacing the HDMI port on our playstation 5. "Stan and Laura were PHENOMENAL. My issue was my iPhone refused to power on or even show me the charging icon despite working fine the night before. I visited two phone repair stores prior to this stop. Both claimed it to be LIKELY a charging port issue but they wouldn’t know until changing it out… for $200 of course. I didn’t believe it so I came here. Within a matter of 30 seconds, Stan was able to get the phone back to normal — it just took a few button clicks and holds (top volume button click, bottom volume button click, then hole the power button for 20s). And at absolutely no charge. He was able to explain to me the deep sleep mode my phone had gone into and how to fix it. Overall incredible experience and I won’t be going anywhere else for my tech repairs — not even the Apple Store! Thank you both so much!!"
