"Waited 6 months for a pressure washer to get fixed, paid 265$$ for a pump. Brand new pressure washer 250.. He also used the cheapest parts possible. His inventory looks like stuff people refused to pay his crazy prices. I had a 3500 psi brass pump he replaced it with a cheap plastic 2000psi pump."

"Tom is always helpful and if he doesn't know the answer he will tell you instead of BS's you and then he'll try to look it up. Prices are about 10-15% higher then buying them yourselves but them how do you know you will get the right part, sometimes, like in this case, its better t I pay a little extra and making sure your item works"
