"i took my boat there last june to have the shifting fixed they took it apart and now they say they dont have the tools to finish the job so they left it out all winter with the snow blowing in on my motor and destroying the inteirior and motor and still in same spot i also had buaght a 45 horse motor from the same place in 2014 and didnt get a month out of it so not happy with the service"

"I have bought 3 boats with motors from Richards over the past 10 years and every dealing from purchasing it, them maintaining and storing it during winter has been enjoyable and fair. Our camp is over an hour away and each year, Steve delivers our pontoon and picks it up in the fall, so we don't have to own a trailer. He will even will take it thru 2 channels to our dock if we want. Danny was very fun and easy to deal with. He even sold me two sea kayaks that were not for sale as I really wanted them and gave me a great deal. Richards Boatworks is a great place to use if you have a boat."
