"Would strongly recommend anyone to stay away. I should of figured that out when they will NEVER call you back. My $600 repair turned into. $2000 repair. And they continue to tell stories and make things up what happened. From customer service to the job clean up was unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!"
"They’re very expensive. Charged $205 for him to push a button on our boiler just because it was a Saturday. Turns out the problem wasn’t resolved so they had to come back and fix it for $920. Now we have a leak and no idea where it’s coming from so they have to come out again. Not looking forward to the next bill. Try somewhere else."
"Their service was excellent. Called in the morning the day before Thanksgiving and had to have a 75 gal hot water heater replaced. The receptionist was very polite and understanding and said she would call me back if she found one in town. She called me back within 10 minutes and said she found one and the tech would be here in @45 minutes and he was here in @30 min. It was in a tough spot but they had it removed and replaced in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend them."
