"I have mixed feelings about this store. The prices are a little higher and the service a little less than stellar. I called, was on hold for 17 minutes. During that time decided to drive up there and when I walked in and one woman came out from the back and another from one of the aisles I was asked if I could be helped. I said I was still on hold from 17 minutes ago and showed them the call. I asked about a liner for an above ground pool. I was price shopping. The liner I was showed I'd be getting had a print on it. The one I got didn't have a print and was an entirely different shade of blue. I was a little let down for sure. The quality of the liner is fine, no issues with that but it isn't what I was told I was getting. I also inquired about an automatic vaccum and they wanted double (almost) of what anyone else wanted for the same piece. Not sure why and they had to order it as well. I'll shop here if I don't feel like getting stuck at the traffic lights to get to Pool Town. Otherwise, it's just not worth it in this store."

They take time with each costumer & explain what you need to do to fix your pool! 5+ stars! I’ll always drive out of the way to come see them with my pool issues!"
