"Found Antonio Marcus Parrish on FB last year under Great Escape Pools, now doing business under Artistic Pools and concrete. Him and his partner "Scott" came to our residence, measured, left brochure, and we contacted him the following day with the liner we wanted to purchase. A quote was given, and required a $1000 deposit in order to pursue. From there the issues began. He made numerous appointments on which were no shows. He had stated he could have done a liner replacement and back in service within "2" weeks. On times he did show, he shoveled dirt for a few hours left, came back, said we then needed new steps, on which he requested another $650 (1/2 of the new steps) Well, he abandoned the job, he removed brick paver, left a 6' diameter hole 3 feet deep around the old steps of which he had "cut" the supports. We took him to court, we won the judgement for $1,650 plus fees. He was given 30 days to make amends, which of course he failed to do so. With that he disappeared from his then address, and only by chance have we once again found him, and will be pursuing the law suit."

"*May 16th, 2023.. Antonio and Scott opened my pool today and they are absolutely THE BEST in the business! Thank you Artistic Pools once again for taking amazing care of us!! Dave S and the entire staff at Artistic pool and concrete are absolutely amazing! Artistic built our custom inground pool while our home was under construction and the entire process was painless! We have zero complaints for the entire process from start to finish. We have never had a pool before and any time I had any questions or needed help with anything, Antonio showed up within a couple of hours of calling Artistic’s office. The office staff (Jennifer, and I apologize but I cannot remember the new lady’s name that started March of 2022). Every single team member are such kind, helpful people! THANK YOU ARTISTIC POOLS!!"

"We had Artistic Pools install our custom in ground pool the summer of 2020 while our brand new home in Milford on GM Road was being built. Dave S, his father and the entire Artistic team are absolutely amazing! Our pool turned out better than we had dreamed and the concrete work (we did A HUGE concrete deck) came out absolutely beautiful! They even put swirls in the entire concrete deck giving it a really cool look. The entire staff is amazing. This is our first pool ever and whenever we had any questions or needed help with our pool equipment Antonio would show up within an hour of calling the office. Carrie and Jennifer that run the office are such caring, kind people! Hands down THE BEST POOL COMPANY!"

"I generally don't do reviews but, this one warrants the time! Terrible customer service! We've been trying to get the owner (Dave S.) to call us back for almost 2 YEARS regarding our concrete, hot tub, and liner. The office staff continues to tell me that we're "on the list" to be contacted. Interesting. How long is Dave's complaint list? Our concrete is unfinished, bumpy/chunky, and cracked in several places. We have multi-colored concrete (striped) on the patio area & hot tub because the workers put tarps over the wet concrete. The caulk used in our hot tub is gooey and peeling - almost like they used indoor caulk and it's melting! Plus, there are stones under our pool liner. This damage appeared as the job was being completed & I did bring it to their attention. The owner didn't respond to many of my calls. Then, he scheduled a few appointments to meet us & cancelled each one! I'm told that Dave's the "concrete guy" and he is who I need to speak with. There's nothing "artistic" about this work! It's a shame that this company can charge over $70K for a job and deliver this kind of customer service. Buyer beware!!!"
