"I had a disappointing experience with this location on 8 mile recently. My Valentine's gift was delayed due to issues with the Uber driver, prompting an investigation. Despite assurances of additional compensation for the inconvenience, my order arrived without any extras. Furthermore, the strawberries were not fresh upon delivery. Overall, I was left feeling let down by the service and quality provided."
"Beware, the order was placed 2 days before delivery. They service business before residential orders. Attempted delivery at 445 pm....no call until no answer at door. 2nd attempt was again at 445....I had to go pick my gift up at the store. No phone calls to confirm someone is at location to receive order."
