"Kind & Professional I ordered this tabletop arrangement for an important business meeting. I work with florists all over the country and this business was a delight to work with. Very pleasant service and followed-up with every detail they said they would. On-site, the arrangement was gorgeous. The best we've had for this annual meeting. It was just decided this meeting will be held in Detroit every other year and I plan to call Red Rose back in 2026! It was my pleasure to do business with them."
"I ordered flowers online. It said my shopping cart was empty when I tried to submit payment. So I went back and ordered flowers. I then checked my email and saw the first order did go through. I called repeatedly throughout the day Monday. No one ever picked up. There was no voicemail set up. There was no other way to contact the shop. I couldn't find an email on their website. How are your customers supposed to get in touch? So I was charged for two arrangements for the same recipient. I would recommend working with a florist that makes it possible for their customers to reach them about their orders."
"We ordered a basket from this place for my aunt's funeral, which never arrived, we call in delivery guy say he delivered, the person that answered the phone felt i was a problem because i asked about it.. Funeral home said it did not get signed in. If you make a mistake please don't lye about it just apologize and make it right which condolences refuned it. We ordered from another flowery and they came on time and it was beautiful. Amen."
