"I received a purple bouquet for my birthday and I was soooo excited as someone who lovessss flowers but my flowers were almost DOA. The glitter roses were rushed so piles of glitter were everywhereeee, the accent pieces inside were pretty smashed but I won’t let this taint my viewpoint… I’ll probably avoid deliver frfr."

"I had an issue with delivery on my birthday and when I tell you they were so professional and did not try to gaslight me. Seriously this company is top tier!!! And I wish they were in other cities besides Detroit. Their arrangements are affordable, everytime I go in the shop the owner’s mother is pleasant and they are just so professional. 10/10 seriously!!"
"I visited this location based on my girlfriend's recommendation for Valentine's Day. I placed an online order a few weeks back. I thought I placed an order for delivery and tried to contact via email and phone with no response. The day of Valentine's Day. I was able to pick up the order after 3 pm. It was a smooth transaction. However, I was missing a topper that was paid for but it was business and plenty of orders to fill. They replaced it with a teddy bear and chocolate as they ran out of butterflies. Overall, there are some improvements but I'd order again from this location. Do the online order to avoid last minute pick up."
