"1/10! This business is so unprofessional. I called to make an appointment for a prom flower, got the day and time. Comes the day for me to pick up the flower I come to the shop and nobody there. I knocked on the door for over 20 mins called over 15 times and nobody ever emailed me or gave me a heads up. Mind you the day I came to get the flower is the day of prom which was May 26th. Just inconvenient all together, oh yeah to top it off I’m AT my prom send off and a woman called me and ask me do I still want it. I schedule an appointment for 11:30 am the time she called was 4:00 pm! IF YOU CAN NOT SEVRE A CUSTOMER AT A CERTAIN TIME DO NOT TELL US THAT YOU CAN!"
"They only get 2 stars because the person that took my order was courteous. BUT I did not get what I expected or paid for. The photo the driver sent is the one showing flowers. The second one is actually what we got."
"Shop is pretty small and not a lot to choose from but the owner is nice and down to earth. She has one employee and he's decent. Prices are slightly steep but not too bad. I went for Mother's Day for my mom in law and mom in heaven. They have small $5 bouquet's for cemetery cones and nice sized $25 teddy bears. All in all it was a nice size experience and she gave me a card for 10 off next visit. I'll be back."
