"Very nice people. I thought my flowers were not delivered as promise, but I come to realize that I used my old replaced credit card. The owner/manager I spoke with was very apologetic and offered various ways to correct what they thought was their mistake. However it was not their mistake, it was my mistake, but the way in which they were going to make things right was very impressive and professional. I will always go to Ashley's Flowers whenever I need their services. THE BEST"
"Flowers were very nice and we loved them. I was disappointed to find out the $15 delivery fee I paid for went towards a DoorDash delivery driver delivering the flowers to my girlfriend instead of an internal delivery service."
"Ashley’s offered a great variety of plant options and provided wonderful service. They recognized that I had placed my online order twice by mistake, and the staff person I spoke with was very helpful and reassuring when I called to follow up."
"Terrible customer service. We placed an order for same day delivery. We were charged and received an invoice stating the arrangement was delivered, but the recipient did not receive it. We contacted Ashley’s the next day and were told it would be handled that day. It was not. We contacted two days following the order and were told we would be contacted when the employee returned to the shop and had access to their computers. The store was “open”, yet no one was there. The call was not returned, so we followed up again and we were not assured it would be delivered that day, so we were forced to cancel right before a holiday with no other delivery options. It resulted in me picking up an arrangement and delivering it personally. I would not recommend using Ashley's when there is so much competition with far superior customer service."
