"I'm seeing a lot of good reviews for Randy and Barb who do not own this company anymore. Pool cat is a total scam! Two summers ago we had new concrete poured and had pool cat come out to rerun our lines while it was open. They were unprofessional through the whole process and now I have leak in the lines not even two years later. We now have to cut into brand new concrete to fix the lines again. DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR POOL!!!!!!!!"

"I worked at Poolcat from May to August, and if I didn't have to move away for college, I absolutely would have stayed longer. I helped set up the retail space, inventory, website, etc., and having worked with the team, I can say with absolute confidence that they care. Poolcat is taking a blue-collar industry and introducing white-collar service, and Amanda's passion and belief in the business model is palpable. I also often helped in the field with pool cleanings, liner installations, and repairs, and the staff genuinely want to give clients the best possible service. On multiple occasions, I witnessed and took part in discussions sympathizing with customers and brainstorming how to make sure they were absolutely satisfied. If you're choosing between Poolcat and a major brand, choose Poolcat. You'll support small business and great people, all the while receiving better service and prices than most pool companies can hope to compete with. "Very disappointed in the services of this company. Spoke with this company last year in anticipation of getting my pool fix. Fast forward to 11 moths later. I am out I’ve lots of money and still no pool. Spoke to Amanda who I think owns or runs the company she proceeded to tell me that the person I spoke with no longer work for the company. But I spoke with 4 people over 11 months and as recent as last week. So then she says well since you’re not satisfied (mind you I don’t have a running pool) we not coming back out. Two weeks before my daughter graduation party. Oh and they keeping my money and billing me for more work. A very unhappy customer."

"Randy and Barb were great to work with! They were at our house almost every day for two weeks. What started with replacing a liner turned into repairs, a new liner and trying to find a large leak. Randy finally found the leak and we are now maintaining our water level and enjoying our pool. I cannot recommend them enough."
