"I was in this nursery two weeks ago. I saw a fountain priced at 300.00. A woman told me the delivery fee would be 50.00 since I live close. I thought about it and decided to place the order over the phone a few days later. The employee said she did not know the delivery fee and that someone would call me back. Over a week went by and I received a call from 3D Design who stated that fountain should have been priced at 900.00 and the owner would sell it to me for 600.00 plus a 500.00 delivery and set up fee. So 1,100.00 for a 300.00 priced small garden fountain. Talk about a bait and switch. I have owned my own business for 24 years and I would never ever treat my clients like this. I would give this place a 0 rating if I could. Avoid this place at all costs."
