"I had a bad experience with Essbe. I purchased a bracelet and within a week it broke in my sleep. I purchased it with a clasp because I figured I might need to take it off for MRIs. I reached out for a refund they talked me into repairing it free of charge since I had the clasp via mail. They repaired it and sent it back. The second time it broke about 2 months later they asked me for a picture, but this time wanted to charge me for fixing it. I requested a refund since it's only been a couple of months and I got a snarky response saying that I couldn't expect my permanent jewelry to be indestructible. It lasted 2 months."
