"Great customer service but lowball you for scrap gold and he doesn't show you the scale he wants you to bring a lot and he'll pay you the right price I guess he told me don't bring him gold bring him antiques he doesn't like paying full price for small amounts but gold is worth what it's worth I sold him a chain that was over 3 g and he gave me $85 I asked him just give me 27 at least and he was trying to give me less than that this is one of the reasons I don't go to certain pawn shops anymore they lowball you and you're already trying to get much as you can or what your stuff is worth"

"The owner there was friendly his wife was just awkward trying to be friendly. This guy charged me the price of my necklace new to fix and polish the old one. I would never go back there again. I was hesitant to just walk away without my necklace. He didn't even polish it very well and didn't sodered the link from the clasp to the chain like he said he would. So disappointed in this craftsmanship for the price. I am sure there are more honest and better jewelers in the area."

"I took my Versace watch into Marrella because it stopped working and I figured I needed a new battery. After taking a closer look, and due to the intricacies of the watch, the owner offered to hold it overnight and take it apart so it could be cleaned and the new battery put in correctly with some better made parts. This was done quickly and he called me first thing the next day so I could pick up. All this was done at an extremely fair price. They seem really honest and great at what they do. Thank you!"
