"Delivered fresh Stargazer Lillies in the "Luxurious Lillies" bouquet I ordered to the hotel I booked for my wedding anniversary the morning of my arrival. Added stems gratis because not many were open... Great! Neglected to tell me that the vase pictured would not be the one used even though I specifically discussed the vase because I was concerned that it's height might be a problem when I drove home. I was assured that it would not be a problem and told that a box would be included to aid transport. Box was not provided and the vase was substituted with a smaller, inferior one that looked nothing like the what was pictured on their website. The vase they pictured was beautiful and a substantive part of what I thought I was purchasing! My complaint phone call was promptly responded to with a defensive email from Donna. My email reply two days later on May 4th, clarifying the issue and countering her defensiveness has never been responded to. The initial reason given for no response when I called back was because she was too busy preparing for Mother's Day (on the 13th of May). No problem, I agreed to wait until after Mother's Day............. Still waiting in mid July."
