"This has happened several times to me! I’m in line the person takes my order, walks to doors yells to someone in back. They come out, n start helping person behind me. This time the girl just stood there, n let the guy working take the other order. I walked out! They weren’t busy. There service is not good! They have lost my service there n Marathon. An I flip my gallon there at pac-a-ask. Middlebury is just down the road!"
"Very unorganized. We came in twice, and they were all very confused about everything. While we are ordering, they are all sulking while staring in the bread oven because an employee set the timer for the bread too long, and burnt the whole batch. Very discouraging. Although the employee's were kind, they seemed to add unessessary drama to the customer's environment. I suggest a Subway Manager look over this chain"
