"Overpriced, had insurance on a ring, took it in for inspection in October. The woman said it needed all the prongs changed. They kept my natural ruby diamond ring quite awhile. When I finally got it back I noticed a flaw in the ruby that wasn’t there before. I told the manager and women that worked in there that that was not the same stone. They claimed that the ruby was scratched, no it wasn’t. This ring wasn’t that old, plus a ruby is a hard stone. I was as upset and felt ripped off. The manager said he would replace the stone. Nearly three months later haven’t heard anything from them about my ring, I went there and inquired about when I would get it back. It was in the store, but they said they hadn’t had a chance to call me . Never again."
"Had a good first time experience there today. Ashley asked what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. Ended up with a bit more than I asked for, but still in my budget! Which is great! I was slightly turned off by the attempt to sell me insurance for the lifetime warranty that I paid extra for. Idk if I misunderstood something, but why do I need insurance for a lifetime warranty? I would shop here again though. It was a pleasant experience."
