"I was very nervous the first time that I visited Taylor Exchange. I had never been in a pawn shop before. Paul put me right at ease. I had jewelry that I no longer wore and Paul went through it with me and gave me an excellent pay out. I have been back twice since. I worked again with Paul the second time and with Rich the third time. I was in a very difficult place when I worked with Rich. I had been diagnosed with a medical problem and was trying to pay off hospital and doctor bills. My money was so tight that I had not been able to buy groceries for a month and a half. Rich went out of his way to give me the most that he possibly could for the jewelry that I had. He was very kind and understanding and helped me out of a very difficult situation. I don't think that he will ever realize how much his help meant to me. I will be forever grateful. On top of that Rich and Paul are very knowledgeable about the value of your jewelry and as they process it they explain why some pieces are more valuable than others and which items would be most likely to be resold. I agree with all of the other 5 star reviews. I highly recommend Taylor Exchange and they will have me as a customer for life!!! The rest of the staff are also very welcoming. It's just a very pleasant place to visit and do business. On a side note, Paul gets very agitated when jewelry stores charge exorbitant amounts to change a watch battery. He will put a new battery in for $5.00."
