"I went with my daughter the other night to pick out a birthday gift for my husband the store is really nice and really clean but I had a rude encounter with a employee I went to the register and she just had a horrible attitude problem I think her name was Debbie like she was being forced to work there I have been shopping at this hallmark for 10 years and never have I had such a rude experience with an employee definitely not coming back for awhile"

"Went in for the first time finally! Very nice, clean store. Very friendly staff. I was looking for something specific for a memorial tree. They didn't have it, so they called around to other stores for me. They didn't have to do that, but I'm so grateful they did! Will be back."
