"The long blonde haired girl who’s younger with glasses is the RUDEST cashier I have every come across! I will never shop here again. A man ran me up a few days ago he was new, he folded and bagged a zip up hoodie listed for $55. I was being honest and told him he forgot to scan it. He thanked me for my HONESTY!! I noticed he ran me up for $65 for the hoodie marked $55.when I went to wrap it today. The baseball caps also had a 20% off sign and in very, very small print it said “except football” I didn’t see it so I also went to ask about the 20% off of the hat.. the snotty cashier said “except for football” which I replied “you’re kidding me”. She was absolutely rude so I told her then I would also like the Michigan 10 times the difference for scanning the zip up incorrectly. She cashed me out didn’t say one thing!! If you hate your job so much QUIT!! I’m sure there are many people willing to take your place who are not rude l!!"

"Every time I come here the staff is super nice!!! Did you know if you have Blue Cross Blue Shield, or are Vet you save 10%?? You DO ask about other specials and offers as well!"

"Terrible customer experience. They WILL NOT accept a return without receipt even if purchased the same day (even with credit card statement) and they aren’t pleasant about it. Should have read the plenty of unhappy reviews before shopping here. Personally will never shop at a Dunhams again. Another customer lost. Back to Amazon!"

"Bought a pair of Rollerblades 2 weeks ago. I still have the receipt. They are clean and in flawless shape. When I bought them I didn't realize the boot on the right skate is cut very poorly and doesn't match the other. They are very uncomfortable and I can't use them. They will not allow the return because I tossed the box they originally came in. Apparently Dunhams really wanted to re-sell my defective skates to another unsuspecting customer. I should've bought them on Amazon. Then I could've returned them. I try to use local businesses when I can, but I guess it was a mistake to use Dunhams. I just ordered my new ones online. I won't forget the $100 Dunhams caused me to waste."
