I gotta say, there are some shady companies out there, When my wife and I spoke to Ben at GR Coin, we both felt like he was honest, very knowledgeable, helpful and has a great selection of quality products. I didn't feel like he was trying to steer me to purchase inventory that would only benefit him. being new to investing in metals, I have a lot of questions and Ben was patient and attentive. I have learned a lot in just 2 short visits. whether you are new or experienced in precious metals, I would highly recommend a visit to Ben at GR Coin North. Definitely an asset to a trustworthy marketplace. Looking forward to our next GR Coin experience!"

"I love this place! I happened upon it while visiting relatives in Grand Rapids. The customer service was excellent. I purchased silver and was blown away by the competitive prices I have not found another coin dealer who has as low of premiums as Grand Rapids Coins does. I also love the fact that it is a FEMALE owned business as I do search them out. It is nice to do “coin business” with a female instead of someone from the “ol’ boy’s club!” I will continue to do business with them rather in Nebraska where I live because the total package of shopping here is worth the drive!"

""Fair"? That is a perspective if you are knowledgeable about coins. I heard one of the gentleman say "Franklin's are not worth much" that is a small lie. Dealers buy @ Grey Sheet values and sell @ PCGS or NGC prices. I blame people as well for their ignorance and the dealers for not helping people understand the why? It's a brutal, cutthroat market, that is sad. The 4 stars are for Brett, otherwise it would not be that good. No different from any other coinshop selfish, no win for the customers here."
