"Waited a couple of years to write this review after having Anderson put in our pool. We couldn't be happier with our pool. They worked with Distinctive to do the hardscaping. We have had Anderson open/close our pool every year with zero hiccups. Bob McNeil helped us through the process every step of the way and continues to be of help years after the fact. We had a small issue with settling stones around the coping. Bob quickly got it addressed. A++, true professionals!"

"4 years ago we interviewed several companies to build our pool, we decided to hire Anderson. Over $100k later, countless emails, texts and phone calls and conversations with their Rep Bob who has been very responsive and is doing everything he can to help us leaves us no where when Greg Anderson, The owner does nothing about it. This is where we are at, a drained pool with no guarantee of fixing in sight. Since year one the bricks have been falling into the pool. We call every season and a “fix” is done. Yet they keep falling in, there is now also a huge spot on the bottom of our pool, the sunshelf is rough and needs to be resurfaced ( called on this 2 years ago) and bob is just told it will be taken care of which he relates to us. However, it will be taken care of this week, leads to next week, to the next, to end of season, to beginning of next season...we now have a drained pool and are again getting the run around. Calls directly to Greg Anderson asking for him are never put through or returned. This is a reflection of your brand and work, this is the impression you want left when others see our pool and we tell them it was built by Anderson? Stand by your work and take care of your customers, four years and still no resolution is unacceptable."

"I just called this company to politely ask if they were available for a service call, as we were willing to pay whatever it takes for a last minute call, and the woman that answered was so incredibly rude. Before I even finished my sentence, she said "We just don't have the time. We don't have time to service anything but our own pools." And that was it. I have never heard such a rude response from a service company...ever...and hopefully this is not how they treat other customers."
