"Liars and thieves. If you have any respect for yourself or your belongings, do NOT hire this company. Over $10,000 worth of my belongings have gone “missing” in their care. Ironic they fired a bunch of employees after, it’s so obvious my belongings were STOLEN. All of my clothing that did come back, came shrunken, and discolored. (I have lost 20lbs since this claim for my clothes to be too small?) Ive received multiple pairs of my louboutins broken, scratched, and torn. Purses scratched and damaged. Ive been ignored after they told me they would cover their damages and losses. Shame on this company, I worked for everything I owned that you took from me. Update 2-19-24 Kristy, your nephew himself let me know multiple employees were fired and how its so hard to find good people nowadays. I will retrieve the video from our phone call on November 17th at 4:28 to prove and pursue otherwise. Shame on your company. Your response also doesn’t explain how i went from 135lbs to 115lbs and my clothes somehow being too small? It doesn’t take a mathematician to figure that one out. As well as my “missing”, truly stolen, items still remain unaddressed. Fascinating that my google review can be responded to but not my texts after you promised as the GM you would personally fix your companies mistakes. Also whichever family that hired this company and lost your RN badge, as well as flash drives, it was given to my family because this careless company doesn't actually keep track of any of your belongings."

"I am so impressed by the expertise, kindness, and care of Renewal by Classic Cleaners. I grew up in the area and was back visiting family when our entire set of clothes and bedding became contaminated in a spill. Due to our health issues, it is challenging to just buy new items because many things have to be special ordered, so we found ourselves far from home without any usable belongings and no easy way to replace them. Renewal came to the rescue with enormous expertise and unbelievable kindness, even making sure the detergent they were using would work for my baby. They turned everything around so quickly and it was so touching how much they obviously cared about our situation and went out of their way to go above and beyond to help us. Also, I was able to get a brief tour of their facility and it was immaculate - for a company that specializes in cleaning items after fires and floods, I was amazed. Obviously they do great work because I didn't get one whiff of smoke or any kind of mold (and I have a very sensitive nose, so if there had been anything to smell, I would have smelled it!). I am so grateful for all their help in a really tough situation. These people are stars! Thank you!!!"
