"Owner Brian and his staff Ulises, Pedro, and Trenton all did an outstanding job twice in the last 9 months due to broken water valves. First incident flooded the main floor and walkout basement. Brian, Pedro, and Trenton did a great job in successfully completing the stabilization and demolition phase in the 2 affected floors in a highly professional manner. For the second emergency project, I called ServePro Livonia for help with another water leak from HVAC humidifier that wetted a newly carpeted 12x12 ft basement corner-called ServePro Livonia again; owner Brian promptly came to our home on a Friday night, verified my shutting off the water supply to the leaky humidifier, and promised to send Tech next morning (Saturday) . Tech Ulises came in the morning ready with his equipment. He did a fantastic job in mapping the affected wet carpet area in a scientific by measuring levels of water vapor,...etc, and accordingly placing 5 air blowers that suctioned the water from under the carpet/padding and dried the surfaces above in less than 48 hours total, when his instruments showed 0 water vapor any where in the affected 12x12 ft area. Ulises was highly motivated, knowledgeable, professional, energetic, enthusiastic, and pleasant. My experience with ServePro Livonia has been extremely positive; I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with home repair."

"I was working full time when my basement flooded. Onsite (now known as Verspro) was extremely friendly and professional. They gave progress updates and suggestions while I was at work, yet were respectful of my working hours. They even would give my dog and two cats a little attention while they were working. They always left my house clean at the end of each day. They worked quickly and even showed up on weekends. I would highly recommend Versapro for all your home repairs."

"My basement flooded on 1/1, I called my insurance company and they sent me to Servpro. I called Servpro on 1/2, and they were out at my house by that morning. Ulysses, the project manager, came in immediately and talked me through everything he was doing and going to do. They called a plumber out that day who immediately replaced my sump pump, and they were back by Friday to replace the water heater. Trenton and Pedro, were in on Wednesday through Friday to clean everything out that was water damaged. Ulysses took 3d photos, mapped the basement for the insurance and put together a list of everything damaged. Trenton and Pedro had the entire basement cleaned by Friday including cutting the drywall and removing plywood. They put everything in their truck and did not leave anything for me to do as part of clean up. The entire team was professional, kind and caring. I highly recommend this business for clean up after a disaster!"
