"Worst cleaning service I’ve ever had. I hired them for deep cleaning in a previously owned house when we just moved in, specifically showed the cleaner what to do in the kitchen and bathrooms. SCRUB and CLEAN. She just ignored everything I said and said “ I have my own system”. NOTHING was cleaned after she was done, and during the time she was cleaning I went to her and showed her the areas that need to be cleaned while she was there, she was very rude and ignored me and DID NOT CLEAN!!!! All those pictures are AFTER she spent 3 hours in the kitchen then she rushed cleaning the bathrooms just wiping them down like I don’t know how to do that! Before she left I told her that I am not happy and that all those areas need to be cleaned well and the bathrooms need to be scrubbed, she just said I don’t have time and left The owner is another story! Very rude, doesn’t listen to what you’re saying and what your complaint is! She also called me crazy on the phone. What kind of a business is this!! Save your time, your money and energy and find another cleaning company"

"Don't have one good word to say about this company and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. First: when arriving home after my first and only cleaning, the wood floors and windows (2 of the 3 items I requested to be cleaned) were not noticably any cleaner. Second: When confronted about these things not being cleaned well, I was only given excuses. Third: the solution they offered me was to charge less than originally quoted, and NOT to come back and fix the error. So now instead of paying one cleaning fee for what I needed done I have to pay 1 and a half times what I should have to get the job done. I would have much preferred they sent someone back to finish the job versus paying half price now and full price again to have it completed properly! Fourth: they had flipped one of my brand new rugs over in my bathroom. I had originally thought maybe they moved it to clean and didn't realize they placed it back upside-down. A week later, I finally flipped it back over only to realize there were bleach stains all over it. So they intentionally attempted to hide the property of mine that they ruined. That's what tipped the ice burg for me to write this negative review. Without that last slap in the face, this would have been avoided. I don't think I've ever been this disappointed with a service I've paid for in a long time."
