"The technician that came to our house took it upon himself to "wash" our windows with the brush that they use for the eaves. It's a toilet bowl shaped bristol brush, and he scrubbed each of my windows with it. As a result, all of my windows need to be washed (its winter) and it's unknown if they're scratched or not. I hired them to take care of bugs, not "clean" my windows. Orkin did give me $30 off for the month, but that does even begin to cover my time cleaning windows or the cost of hiring professionals to do it. Make sure you're home when they're there, I saw him doing it while I was in a work meeting, so I know it's him that caused it. Update: they sent out a professional cleaner to handle the problem. He was kind and handled it for us."
