"Thank you for having exactly what I was looking for. I needed a huge washer and the six load machine for $9 worked perfectly. My queen size comforter looks brand new and it only took a half an hour to wash."
"Mr. Ski N MI with a one star rating is hilarious. "The lady that opens up" owns the place. She has a wonderful mom and pop shop that she opens ABOUT 8am. Get over it. This isn't some corporate laundromat with strict opening policies and people punching in for duty on a timecard. I am sure your sour attitude caused whatever wash issues you had. I am sure you NICELY asked for help after you were mad she opened at 8:08 am, right? I doubt it. You were having a bad day and took it out on a laundromat owner. I am glad she didn't offer to reimburse you for your wash issues. I wouldn't have either if I owned the place. They don't need your $8. Sour, angry attitudes, self-absorbed people make everyone cringe. You are cringe worthy. I read YOUR review and cringed at YOU while reading it. Think about that. No one believes you lol. In reality, always friendly, opens up 8ish. Has fixed the 1 or 2 issues I have had with the occasional washer door needing opened or starting over a load. 5 years of service to me. Always making it clean and smiling while dealing with the very rare person demanding something. I recommend. This place is a better wash and dry price than South Haven's laundromat."
"1st time I've ever been there. Lady who opens up was 15 minutes late. Started my wash and got no water. By the time I got the lady's attention wash was 1/2 over. I asked to start all over and lady said no and the situation at hand is fine. No it is not fine. Then when the washer counted down to 6 minutes left it stopped as it was finished and the door unlocked. I had no more time to deal with this.. enough had gone wrong.. No WIFI. Definitely one and done here. Never coming back."
"I am nervous to go to new places, and the friendly staff here put me at ease. Price of washing (double loader $3.50) and laundry supplies is reasonable. Dryers are .25 for 8 minutes. 3 quarters got my load dry."
