"Lady that answered the phone was THE RUDEST person on the face of this earth. People are already in a hurting time when they call her, but to have her yell at you! Really? The owner of this company needs to reevaluate her employment. The best part is when I started the conversation with telling her my brother passed away and she responded "Ok what do you want"? Those exact words came out of her mouth. Maybe this elderly lady has past her retirement age!! If I were anyone looking for a headstone I would move on, I mean when past her to another company!!!!"

"Ruth is very nice when you want to buy a monument. Wait until you’re a few years down the road and have a problem with the monument and she will come completely unglued. I was asking a simple question over the phone and she started screaming at me immediately and hung up on me. She explained it’s like selling a house, if she sells you a house you wouldn’t call her to clean it 10 years later. Those were her exact words. We were just asking what the proper cleaning procedures were and if they were for hire to do the cleaning for us. My family also had the same experiences when contacting her. Unless you are calling to make a purchase she will not return your phone call. I have never felt with a more unpleasant person than her. The fact that she is the owner and talks to her customers that way is astonishing."

"Seemed caring at first but I had a budget to spend and when I checked a few other places that had a lower price, and went back to Ruth for the price match she offers on her website, she was very nasty and told me to "go buy it from them cause she would loose money". That's what it's about for her . . . as much money as she can get out of you. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to buy your memorial. Very rude and unprofessional !!!"
