"Visited this park quite a bit. However today was the first day I encountered a couple walking their 3 dogs. The little one was on a leash, the others weren’t. One of the dogs approached me barking as the lady said oh she’s friendly. I answered I’m not touching her. This is a great park but if you have dogs please keep them on a leash as respect to others. And if the dogs need to be off a leash, please take them to the dog park where they can run free. Discovered this when I visited Mill Race Historical Park. Large baseball field with asphalt paths. Will be back to walk the stairs and see where other paths lead."

"The park is great. It's showing it's age a bit but still sturdy and fun. Wish there was more swings, there's one regular swing and one toddler/baby swing. Nice big field that had some volleyballers on it and a baseball field. So many people there, it was great. But the parking lot was pretty full. Right near Mill Race Historical Village. Several benches for adults to sit. There's two port-a-potties. The one I used was filthy. Like something in the back alley of a dive bar or after a 5 day festival with no upkeep. There was toilet paper though, so that was cool. Fun times to be had, just bring your own bucket to do your business in."

"Clean descent park, excellent locality close to Northville downtown, small river, child play area, and plenty of parking, lots of cute small shops in the area to shop around. The place felt very safe neighborhood, friendly visitors around. Definitely recommend a visit"

"Pleasantly arranged village with a children's play fort and walking ground...and the buildings are open sun 1 through 4...enjoy the history of Northville through the volunteers"
