"My experience wasn't pleasant as I booked my flight through them and was told I can check in two bags but at the airport check counter, they charged me for the second bag! The bigger problem was when I tried to change my return flight I was told by the airline that ONLY travel agency that booked is allowed to make the change, and when I called they said I've to book a new return flight because there's no available flights! I looked up myself online and called the airlines and they said there's an available return trips but the travel agent kept telling me we can't change the flight due to a significantly higher rate! I found them not creditable and misleading"
