"One time I canceled my ticket for personal reasons which I thought they sympathized with me on the reason, and then the owner decided to get smart with me afterwards when I would call for other tickets. I recently told them to save a ticket for me and they said they did and when I called to purchase it they told me it wasn’t saved, I waited on the line and the owner started talking to me and yelling at me and said “you have too many problems and I can sell tickets to who I want and I don’t want to sell a ticket to you” and so on. All I can say is he had some nerve talking like that, not gonna lie they were very nice and respectful in the beginning but if the owner gets a bad temper after canceling one time he won’t be in business for long!! If you’re reading this my guy you should probably work on that attitude"
