"Darren fixed a buffet/server for me that had been pretty damaged during shipping, including a large gouge and crack in the wood on the side of the piece, broken interior shelves. The finished piece is beautiful, can’t see any evidence of the damage. Would definitely recommend PFR. Sandy was also a pleasure to deal with on the phone."

"The guys in the shop are great. NO complaint from a workmanship standpoint. The issue I had is with the ownership. Rude, unprofessional and tried to price gouge me on the estimate. I even received a call from their manager apologizing for how unprofessional the owner is. Apparently this is their reputation and is a common complaint. I had to finish the last steps of my restoration myself."
