"We found Cowdin Design and Build through our designer, Martha McMeekin, the owner of Haven in Plymouth. She works with Cowdin on many projects and was the creative designer on our Kitchen remodel working hand in hand with their team to design and build an absolutely beautiful kitchen for us. Their ideas to update and fresh the space were really terrific - even the ones we didn't implement for cost reasons! We loved that they brought new ideas to the table and also helped us figure out how to beautifully produce some of our ideas. They fit in every single thing we wanted in a kitchen and we couldn't be happier. Our project manager, Michael Stoddard was very professional and upfront with us whenever there was a concern or decision to be made. He always had an answer or found a solution. Honestly every single person on the Cowdin team was professional, skilled and a pleasure to work with. We did have a few problems with delays due to the pandemic, and one problem that was a miscommunication between myself and the design team but even these were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Our only shock was the price, and we definitely spent more than we intended to but we got a product that was so much more than we expected!! In the end that it was worth every penny. In talking to other friends, we do feel their prices are in line with where the market is for similar quality and service in a Design/Build firm. Would highly recommend Cowdin Design and Build."

I made a lot of changes during the planning phase but Dawn Orzech, the designer, is a pro who rolled with me and even found a little humor as I kept making changes during planning. I think I actually surprised her when I said, “I’m ready, let’s do this.” But only for a minute. I’m thrilled with the results. The whole experience exceeded my expectations."

"We are on our 3rd home remodel now (our home, mom's and a flip house) with Cowdin Design over the last 2 years. They have an amazing team who listens to what you want, creative ideas and are always at the forefront of what's next in the design industry. This is a rare in my opinion for Michigan.
