"Absolutely terrible customer service! This property management company was an all-around bad experience! I hardly ever got responses to my email communications, my "account manager" changed several times during my 12 month lease; which complicated things further, and they were not customer oriented/willing to partner with you as a resident of their properties. As a professional, I was highly dissatisfied and will avoid further properties managed by them! Stay away, in my opinion! Take caution when reading the owner's response.....none of my complaints have anything to do with rent or charges. All cutomer service complaints! It's important to be customer friendly in today's world!"
