"Needed a quick fix to my bike on the eve of my triathlon- called Hometown at 4 minutes till closing and Sean was gracious enough to stay late to help me out. He also very kindly checked my tire pressure, trued my wheel and gave me a some quick bike maintenance guidance. All free of charge. Alleviated my anxieties- wonderful guy.
