"Based on the lack of responsiveness from the store fronts and their club fulfillment center it is apparent that customer service is not a priority. I ordered my son’s uniform and gear on July 18th, almost 2 months in advance of his club’s first game. Soccer World quickly charged my credit card that day, July 18th, but after that crickets until “I” reached out over a month after the order was placed asking for a simple status update. Called the Brighton store but was told that club orders were handled separately and I had to email a generic address, no phone number available or provided. Emailed the address and then waited for over another 2 weeks and a few follow up emails from me for a response. My son’s first game is this Saturday and yet his order is still not fully fulfilled. Just disappointed all around. I will be recommending that my son’s club and others evaluate alternative options in the future."
"Recently went in to buy a pair of boots for my upcoming fall 7-on-7 season. I hadn't played since I was a literal child and I let the employees know what I was looking for (comfortable, less than $100) and they set me up with a few to try on and I ended up getting a great deal on a pair of Nike cleats! They also have by far the best selection of soccer-specific gear and pro-club merchandise I've ever seen in a brick & mortar store. Great place."
