"I was setting in his office when I came across these reviews. I just about grabbed my dad and ran out of the office. My dad said we should listen to what he has to say and decide for ourselves. Im very glad that we stayed. Jim was very professional and he explained everything to me and my 82 year old dad so we both could understand the courts process. He didn't rush us in and out. He listened to my dads concerns. My dad paid him and before we left we were told my dad had paid 300 too much and he returned the over payment to us. He could have not said a word about it and we would have never known. I have been very pleased with how he has treated us. I am glad we decided to hire him for our case."

"I agree with the previous comment. Very poor communication skills. Very willing to demand payment with very little work on the case. This guy made it very clear he was working a more important case ( I'm guessing it just paid more than the $1500 he charged for doing nothing). I get it lawyers have busy schedules, but if your not gonna put any effort or pride in your work or dont have the time to do so then turn the case down. You're not the only lawyer in this area and by your reviews you're definitely not the most competent one. I hope this review gives people something to go off of before they just throw money at this shyster."
