"This branch is incredibly unprofessional. 1st... I paid an extra $10 for a Saturday delivery (ordered online) the website happily accepted my money without notifying me that a Saturday delivery is impossible. The 1 DAY that I could sign for the package (MacBook) before my daughter returns to college. I attempted to call my local branch to figure out where the computer is, HE HUNG UP ON ME. When I called him back and asked if he hung up on me he said "yes, I am only a local branch" then hung up on me again. All I wanted was to know where the package was. The 1800 number refunded my $10, but now I will have to pay for additional shipping to send it to her at college."
"They wouldn’t give my package to me after I paid for it, said they close in 10 minutes (they sat closed 20 minutes before this) after everything and wouldn’t give my packages to me then walked away laughing. I was there at 9:30."
