"I've had good experience with Brad and the company in the past but this last quote annoyed me to say the least, Katie from the paw paw center worked on my home insurance quote. We spoke briefly over the phone 2 days prior to me receiving the quote, I informed her of all the home details and what I expected as far as a replacement cost of the home. For some reason she had this number of 70k in her head because of the purchase price being 70k and I made it clear to her that the home is well over that value and that I needed coverage for a couple hundred grand at least. She said that the 3rd party insurer does there own due diligence and does appraise the home and so forth. So I figured ok no problem they'll give me an accurate quote. 2 days later I get a call from a very sweet spoken Katie who prepared these wonderful quotes. 87k coverage for 1750$ a year which has to be paid in full because it's a manufactured home. She then scoffed at me for cutting her off mid sentence when really I should be doing the scoffing. Got a progressive home insurance coverage for 856$ a year for 255k replacement cost, 155 k personal items, and 25k in outside structures ...I've done good business with Brad in the past but this offended me"

"Last weekend we flew down to Orlando & attempted to rent a car. The company asked if I wanted to pay for insurance. I called Brad to get his advice but it went to voicemail. I called Kyla & she helped me. I then realized it was SUNDAY morning & apologized. She was totally cool about it. Brad also called me back! What a great company. Thanks again Kyla & Brad!"
