Walgreens Pharmacy 13550 West Nine Mile Road, Oak Park, MI 48237

"Would not recommend using the delivery option. My prescription was delivered to the wrong address. I got no type of help from pharmacy in rectifying the issue. They told me to call door dash and door dash told me to call them as they would need the pharmacy in order to get the medication again. They had me calling back and forth to no avail. When I feel like they should have communicated with each other directly in order to resolve this issue. So there’s no type of protocol for this situation. These are medicines that I paid for! So I am out of my hard earned money with no medicine to show for it. Do better Walgreens because this is a total inconvenience and obviously I’m still in need of my prescription."

"Staff is highly unprofessional. It doesn't matter if you're on the phone or in person, the unprofessionalism c is immediately Identified. I've been left on hold for 30 mins on multiple occasions. Also neglected to reach out to even get my prescription after it was requested. I would never come here you might die trying to get your meds because they really don't care at this oak park location."

"Wish I could give them 0 stars. Rotating pharmacists - forced me to purchase something I did not need. Tried to return it (still in the box, not medication) and refused and offered me $10 rewards for a $64 purchase. Parking lot is a nightmare - people just parking not even in spots. Bad business practices here. Will not be going to any Walgreens in the future."

"I called in a refill for my prescription three times and every time I was promised he would be ready to 11 and it wasn’t so I went into the pharmacy and they promised it to me by 5 o’clock that day so I came back and it still wasn’t ready and then I called again today and it’s still not ready and they hung up on me and I really hope it is because I really need my medication and I’m getting fed up with this. It’s ridiculous and their excuses they had to give out too many shots. People need their prescriptions to not happy."

"Terrible at best. Pharmacist Mohamad refused to fill prescription despite my doctor calling him because he said I had same prescription filled at CVS 6 months prior and he flagged it. Way to go ignorant. Your abusing your authority and making racist accusations against people who tried to rely on walgreen pharmacy for their medications. CVS it is. You should be fired and never given the opportunity to abuse people with your narcissistic behavior and lack of empathy and lack of rational reasoning."
